Music holds a significant place in Indian culture and dates back to the dawn of humanity. The development of music can be traced back to sacred texts. Instruments commonly found in Indian classical music include the Manjeera, Swarandhara, Sumurali, Tabla, Mridangam, and Sarangi, among others. Kashi is renowned for its ancient craft of wooden lacquerware. The designs are formed using the natural patterns of the wood. These crafts are constructed with minimal joints, resulting in an appealing aesthetic. This craft is crucial to the livelihoods of the artisans. This work is meticulously handcrafted by Sri Narender Singh and his team in Kashi, Uttar Pradesh. The Vadhya Yantras consist of the Manjeera, Swarandhara, and Sumurali.
